At many of our locations, you’ll also find parcel lockers, allowing you to pick up your shipments flexibly and conveniently.

How parcel reception works at storemore

1. Simple address entry: Use your storemore branch address as the delivery address and include your name as the recipient.

2. Discreet and secure receipt: Our trained staff respect your privacy. Upon receipt, your parcels are placed on our parcel acceptance rack. The area is supervised by a staff member during office hours and is locked, video-monitored, and alarm-secured outside office hours.

3. Immediate notification: As soon as a parcel arrives for you, we’ll notify you by email.

4. Flexible pickup: Your parcels are stored safely on our parcel acceptance rack. Pick them up anytime during our office hours. If you prefer to collect outside these times, you can use our optional handover box for a small daily fee and retrieve your parcels at a time that suits you.

Registration: Sign up with DHL or Amazon to use their parcel lockers and select your preferred storemore location as the delivery address.
Delivery: Your parcels are delivered directly to the locker and stored securely.
Notification: You’ll receive a message as soon as your parcel has arrived.
Pickup: Collect your parcels anytime — whenever it’s most convenient for you.

Additionally, we offer our parcel acceptance service, allowing you to have your packages delivered directly to your storemore location. This saves you the hassle of registering for DHL or Amazon parcel lockers.

How the pallet exchange works:

Delivery: Your goods are delivered on pallets to one of our storemore locations.
Exchange: We exchange the empty pallets directly with the carrier from our own stock.
Storage: You can store your goods at your convenience — without worrying about deposit pallets.
