Discreet and secure receipt: Our trained staff respect your privacy. Upon receipt, your parcels are placed on our parcel acceptance rack. The area is supervised by a staff member during office hours and is locked, video-monitored, and alarm-secured outside office hours.
Immediate notification: As soon as a parcel arrives for you, we’ll notify you by email.
Flexible pickup: Your parcels are stored safely on our parcel acceptance rack. Pick them up anytime during our office hours. If you prefer to collect outside these times, you can use our optional handover box for a small daily fee and retrieve your parcels at a time that suits you.
